Anderson Photographs is a 3,000 square foot high-end portrait studio utilizing state of the art equipment for photographing and retouching. The studio is placed right in the heart of Hagerstown’s Downtown Arts and Entertainment District. Being in a downtown urban environment allows the team to branch out of in-studio restrictions and manipulate all the “nooks and crannies” of alleyways, brick walls, vines and stairwells into chic/grungy/one of a kind backgrounds for any session type. It’s the best of both worlds! Anderson Photographs has been the recipient of Washington County’s “Hottest Photography Studio” for Hagerstown Magazine’s Hot List four years in a row. Owner and Certified Professional Photographer, Melanie Anderson, has been awarded Maryland Photographer of the Year, Maryland Portrait Photographer of the Year and is working on her Craftsmen’s Degree in Professional Photography.
